Regine Desulme Polynice
Régine Desulmé Polynice is the CEO and Co-founder of the Caribbean American Alliance LLC, Co-founder of the Caribbean American Alliance Foundation and the founder of Dev Collective Consulting, a women-owned Management Consulting firm. Regine has over 16 years of experience working in the United States, the Caribbean, Latin American and Africa in international development and humanitarian aid and working specifically with vulnerable populations, women, children and persons with disabilities and helping organizations build their capacity to better respond to needs of their internal and external clients. Regine brings this experience in her work in the private sector to build sustainable and impactful programs and projects in the communities. Through her work, Regine has also participated and contributed to many advocacy campaigns and public policies changes related to the right of persons with disabilities and the rights of women.
Since moving back to Haiti in 2010, she has been dedicated to contributing to her community. She sits on the board of Haiti Development Institute, Lakou Lape and Groupe de Support contre le Cancer where she provides advice on organizational structure, fundraising, marketing and strategic business development for the organizations.She is a founding member of the Haiti Disability Platform, created for the strategic rethinking of disability, and an active member on the boards of other dynamic and growing organizations in Haiti working on child protection and education, peace building and health.
Regine holds a BA from The George Washington University in International Affairs and Public Health. She is currently pursuing an MA in Management from Harvard University Extension School. She has also earned a Strategic Management Certificate from Harvard University Extension School and a Change Management Certificate, Cornell University, SC Johnson College of Business. Regine is fluent in English, French, Haitian Creole and Spanish.
