Nikima Royer Jno Baptiste
With more than 16 years of experience as an operations manager, Nikima shines as the CEO of Digicel Group, Dominica. Nikima is highly accomplished for her ability to transition marketing and business development concepts into strategies to yield bottom-line results. A dedicated professional, she is most fascinated by opportunities that let her display natural leadership skills, passion for excellence, and most of all pride for her work. In her role as our CEO, she drives strategic innovation across all facets of the organization and ensures relevance in the industry we serve.
Nikima brings excellent communication, business development, effectiveness in planning, strategic business planning, execution skills, and refined leadership skills. Before joining Digicel, Nikima was formerly a Head of Marketing for the Discover Dominica Authority, a consultant in the business development industry and General Manager of the Rainforest Aerial Tram. Nikima has worked with Digicel for seven years, playing several key roles in management, analysis, and administration before ascending to CEO.
Besides earning a proven track record of excellence, she is recognized by peers and previous workplaces for excellence. Nikima has kept track of her previous accomplishments and win over the years. However, she is most excited to embrace new challenges and projects. She finds her career to be rewarding for its continuous growth and strategy. Nikima is presently a Board member of the Dominica Association of Industry and Commerce and Discover Dominica Authority Board of Directors along with being a Network Champion with the Clinton Global Initiative.
